We advise booking as soon as possible as our schedule is extremely busy.
After looking through our portfolio on our website and instagram please send us an inquiry through our contact tab. We respond within 48 hours. Monday-Thursday. We offer in-person or over-the-phone consultations to discuss the booking. A 50% non-refundable retainer fee for date reservation and both signatures are required to reserve our services for your date. Once the retainer is paid, we start to reject any event that falls on that day.
We maintain quality and consistency in our work by having only two teams of photographers. We can only take two weddings a day depending on the package selected.
We have a 5 weeks turnaround time for our weddings. We deliver the photos while the excitement is fresh with each and every image professionally edited. (also we like to underpromise and overdeliver)
This would only happen if it were out of our control (Act of God, illness, death etc) but in this case, we would do our best to help find a replacement team that we trust with a similar style.
The couples we have photographed in the past were not models and for majority of them, it was their first time being photographed by professionals Yet, looking at our portfolio images, they all look comfortable and seem to be enjoying the moment and that’s because we have developed techniques to ease our couples into feeling and looking authentic. When a couple is engaged in an activity that they love to do together, they naturally forget that they’re being photographed. We usually don't force our couples into positions they are not comfortable with, but we will give them small and simple prompts and let them interpret in the way that feels natural to them. We are keen on making it a breeze for clients to ensure they feel comfortable.
We only give out RAW photos at a cost. Every photo you receive will be edited to ensure consistency in colours, brightness, and mood in a manner reflective of our style.
Our photography is about celebrating love and authenticity. We promote self-love and body positivity, so we don’t alter the way you look other than temporary blemishes like bruises and acne. We won’t photoshop to alter what is real and true for you. If you are especially self-conscious about something, please let us know, and we will be sure to be mindful of your concern when photographing you.
Final images are uploaded to an online gallery and sent it to you via email. You can share the link with friends and family, so they can view your photos. You can also download the whole gallery to your computer. The images are stored online for 6 months, but we will also mail you the images on a USB as a backup.
